Yum! Brands is on a journey to help ensure that inclusion and diversity, including gender equity, are integrated into all aspects of our business. Our goal is to build a culture that attracts, develops and retains diverse employees, franchisees and suppliers to drive global growth. Specifically, we aim to increase the number of women who hold senior leadership roles globally and increase representation of underrepresented minorities in our U.S. brands. We are also working to increase the multicultural competency of our existing corporate workforce through activities such as unconscious bias training and employee engagement through Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
Oversight for diversity and inclusion at Yum! is managed at the highest levels with Leading Inclusion for Today & Tomorrow (LIFT2), a corporate diversity council led by CEO Greg Creed.
